- It is painful to feel alone. Who are your “people”? Who do you call or text when something good happens? Have you reached out to let them know you need support?
- Even small periods of interaction can help. Where are safe places you can go to socialize?
- If you don’t feel comfortable reaching out to the people in your life, consider looking online for support.
