- Take some time to think about the good things in your life. How can you enhance those good things?
- Seek support from your supervisor, co-workers, friends, family and/or a mental health expert.
- Remember that burnout is a complex combination of workplace culture, healthcare policies and societal expectations and mounting health care system pressures.
- Try to keep an open mind as you consider your options and resources.
